Jin Shin Jyutsu® (JSJ)—a Japanese gentle-touch healing practice—helps to offset the effects of modern day living — stress, poor nutrition, illness, old injuries and bad patterning. Having a body that allows us to do what we want to do, when we want to do it, leads us to joy and a more easeful life.

WHERE: The workshop will be held at the elegant and spacious Kelly’s Barn, one of Boulder’s true architectural treasures—easy to find and easily accessible.

Alexis Brink is the author of the best-selling book, The Art of Jin Shin., President of the Jin Shin Institute in NYC, and long-time Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner and teacher.
Susan M. Brooks specializes in teaching simple, results‐based practices for optimal health and easeful aging. She authored the book Hands-On Health for Vibrant Living.
No previous JSJ experience required. Beginners and long time students and practitioners welcome.
