Presented by Susan M Brooks and Pamela Benison—who together bring more than 65 years of Jin Shin Jyutsu experience to you
Jin Shin Jyutsu—a profoundly relaxing and gentle-touch Japanese healing practice—recharges and replenishes health through harmonizing spirit, mind, and body with the hands. JSJ helps offset the effects of modern day living — stress, poor nutrition, illness, old injuries and bad patterning. Having a body that allows us to do what we want to do, when we want to do it, leads us to joy and a more easeful life. The work addresses acute and chronic health needs and enhances vitality and lifelong well-being.

In her psychotherapy practice, she addresses clients’ psychological needs and often includes JSJ for physical components manifesting in their bodies, such as migraines, back pain, and ulcers. She uses the study of JSJ to integrate a holistic way of treating the psyche, the body, and the spirit. Her business, Integrated Wellness, Inc., offers an approach that uplifts health issues and promotes deep well-being.
Susan M. Brooks specializes in teaching simple, results‐based practices for optimal health and easeful aging. She was an international trainer for Jin Shin Jyutsu, Inc. for almost 20 years, and is a practicing functional medicine nutrition and lifestyle practitioner. She authored the book Hands-On Health for Vibrant Living and Cooking with Grace.
