Presented by Susan M Brooks and Pamela Benison—who together bring more than 65 years of Jin Shin Jyutsu experience to you
Jin Shin Jyutsu—a profoundly relaxing and gentle-touch Japanese healing practice—recharges and replenishes health through harmonizing spirit, mind, and body with the hands. JSJ helps offset the effects of modern day living — stress, poor nutrition, illness, old injuries and bad patterning. Having a body that allows us to do what we want to do, when we want to do it, leads us to joy and a more easeful life. The work addresses acute and chronic health needs and enhances vitality and lifelong well-being.

Her business, Integrated Wellness, Inc., offers an approach that uplifts health issues and promotes deep well-being.
Susan M. Brooks specializes in teaching simple, results‐based practices for optimal health and easeful aging.
