What is Jin Shin Jyutsu Plus?

Jin Shin Jyutsu Plus is an integration of touch-based Japanese energy medicine with nutrition and lifestyle, affording you the benefit of a more comprehensive approach to uncovering and healing issues affecting your health and wellbeing. 

What’s Included?

After the initial completion of the Jin Shin Jyutsu Plus Jumpstart short questionnaire (below), the 1 ½ hour private session (once a month or more) includes 30 minutes of nutrition and lifestyle consultation, followed by an hour-long Jin Shin Jyutsu treatment. At the end of each session, you’ll receive a list of 2-3 suggested action steps for self-care practices designed to support your specific health needs.

A comprehensive approach allows me to work more deeply with you in uncovering key nutritional and lifestyle factors contributing to your specific health challenges. These include issues related to dietary suggestions, blood sugar balance, sleep regulation, heart health, cognitive function, stress resilience practices, weight regulation, best-fit exercise plans, and overall quality of life.

By combining simple dietary and lifestyle changes along with targeted self-care Jin Shin Jyutsu, you will build your repertoire of lifelong tools, tips, and practices for ensuring an increased and sustained sense of wellbeing, greater stress resilience, and optimism about the prospect of vibrant and graceful aging.
