Jin Shin Jyutsu® — a profoundly relaxing and gentle-touch Japanese healing practice— recharges and replenishes health through harmonizing spirit, mind, and body with the hands. The work addresses acute and chronic health needs and enhances vitality and lifelong well-being.
Introduction to Self Care Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ) is designed for those desiring to learn the basics of this easy-to- learn, simple practice. You will be guided through self care holds and sequences practiced in restful yoga postures with mats and bolsters.
JSJ combines beautifully with restorative yoga to offset the effects of modern day living — stress, poor nutrition, illness, old injuries and bad patterning. Having a body that allows us to do what we want to do leads us to joy and a more easeful life.
No previous JSJ or yoga experience required. Beginners, long time students, and practitioners welcome.
