Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Care Practice 
Guided hands-on time to practice basic self-care flows and holds to address specific health concerns. Learn how to design a customized self-care plan for you, your clients, friends, or family for your optimal wellbeing, and to create a foundational daily Jin Shin Jyutsu practice. Beginners and longtime students welcome.

  • 6-weeks (1.5 hours/week)
  • Saturdays 9:30 -11:00 a.m.
  • April 21, 28, May 5, 12, 19, 26
  • $149; $30 drop-in
  • Prerequisite: JSJ Introductory Class
