Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Care Practice
Guided hands-on time to practice basic self-care flows and holds to address specific health concerns. Learn how to design a customized self-care plan for you, your clients, friends, or family for your optimal wellbeing, and to create a foundational daily Jin Shin Jyutsu practice. Beginners and longtime students welcome.
