Ingredients
- 1 raw peeled beet
- ½ lemon or lime
- 1 tsp stoneground mustard
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger root and/or turmeric root

Preparation
Peel and grate one raw beet, using a food processor or hand grater. Stir in remaining ingredients. Store in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
